Contact us via email at fluidinfo@fluidsystemseng.com including with your order number and the item in question within 30 days of invoice. Also tell us the reason for return, i.e. wrong size, defective, etc.

All returns are subject to inspection and possible restock charge.

Restock charges are based on current inventory levels and whether it is a normally stocked item.

Refunds (if applicable) will occur after merchandise is received in our warehouse.

If an item is defective it will be replaced with same item.

Ship all returns to 18855 E 14 Mile, Clinton Township, MI 48035 unless otherwise directed. Include a copy of your packing list when shipping the item back.
